This building is a piece of art and we were very excited to construct and design every single detail. The design takes every visitor back to the English era of 1920s, from the furniture to the smallest accessory inside which was provided by our company. The coffee shop area is 260 m2 and has 2 floor.
We had to pick every piece of furniture and building materials carefully for this unique place.

Simplicity is a creativity
Designing a unique villa has not been an easy task, and this one proves what's been said. This villa consists of two guest rooms dedicated to men and women where they are separated from the main entrance door of the house. Two spaces were designed to serve as gardens, one in the front and one as a back yard. A back door has been installed which leads to the kitchen and living room. Moreover, the house has got a sweet which was designed to give this area special privacy. The main room with a private bathroom and a dressing room and other two bedrooms that share a bathroom. All these features allow this villa to be unique amongst its counterparts in the area and the city.

What makes this building very special, is the
view and location that is in the center of the capital city.
The building consists of 8 stores. Where we
designed and constructed every store alone according to our plans and time
schedule that was put prior to the project kick off.
The total area of the building is around 1266.01
m2 where the building has two different sections:
Identical Villas-Mirror, Tripoli,
Identical villas have been designed in
accordance with the highest specifications and modern design, where each villa
has an overall area of about 412 square meters, one storey which has one
kitchen open on the living room and guest room. Moreover, it consists of two
bedrooms with a shared bathroom and one master bedroom with a private bathroom
and a dressing room.
